The Centre Structure
The Parker Centre comprises two entities:- Parker CRC for Integrated Hydrometallurgy Solutions
- is the unincorporated collaborative venture between the four Core Research Participants, the nine Core Industry Particpants and the 12 Supporting Participants. This entity undertakes the Parker Centre’s research and education activities under the terms of the Participants Agreement and the Commonwealth Agreement between the Commonwealth of Australia and the Centre.

- Parker Centre Limited
- is the incorporated entity, and is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee that acts as the Managing Agent for the Parker CRC for Integrated Hydrometallurgy and is responsible for the overall operation, management and governance of the CRC.
