He has 12 years experience in senior financial roles. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and holds degrees in both commerce and civil engineering. Mr McGilvray had previously worked with several companies undertaking development and commercialisation of new technologies. He is Company Secretary for Parker Centre Limited, secretary to the Board of Directors and is also a member of the Centre's Executive. His other responsibilities within the Parker Centre include: managing the administration of the Centre and implementing the Centre and Commonwealth agreements which govern its activities developing, revising and maintaining all contracts (eg employment, industry) within the Centre developing and maintaining Centre procedures for intellectual property for all participants developing, revising and maintaining confidentiality agreements for Participants financial management working on the longer-term development of the Centre.
